The ReadyLIFT 6″ Big Lift Kit, designed for 2019-2023 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks, is a comprehensive upgrade excluding Trail Boss, AT4/AT4X models. This kit, model 44-3965, enhances ride quality and handling through advanced engineering. It includes boxed steel front/rear cross members and a 3/16″ thick steel front skid plate. The kit also features 1/4″ steel differential drop brackets with double gusset and boxed center rib for torsional strength. Strut extensions are angled and offset, aligning struts for optimal shock performance and minimal wear, complemented by a lower mount strut pre-load spacer for spring rate improvement. For rear elevation, 5″ tall fabricated steel blocks with bump stop landings are paired with Bilstein 5100 series shocks. Engineered over 9 months with extensive testing, this kit provides superior ride quality, even surpassing the stock setup. It supports maximum tire sizes of 35×12.50 on 20×9 wheels with 0 offset without trimming, and with trimming, accommodates 35×12.50 or 325/60R20 on 20×10 wheels with -18 offset. Trimming involves the front valance, felt liner edges, and mud flap. Not suitable for Auto 4 Hi, Adaptive Ride Control, Multimatic vehicles, or rear composite mono-leaf springs. Compatible only with traditional steel leaf springs, identified by square U-bolts. Key features include maintained factory ride and handling, clearance for up to 35” tires on 6-inch kits with no trimming, top mount strut extensions preserving factory geometry, and the inclusion of a ReadyGuard Powertrain Warranty.
